Turned down by the breed rescue

The usual rule seems to be ‘when in doubt, it’s a lab or a pit. There was a woman there from a pit bull rescue group, too, called “For Pittie’s Sake”. I promise that the sheltie I mentioned was either all sheltie or close enough you couldn’t prove otherwise by looking.
